Pickup Guidelines & Policies

▪Please place trash containers within five feet of curb by 6:00 AM on your scheduled pickup. We cannot return to pickup items not set out on time.
▪Please bag and tie all trash. 95 Gallon carts are provided for a monthly fee. If using more than one cart, you will be charged accordingly.
▪Our policy is one household per account.
▪A $5 late fee will be added to outstanding balances if not paid by the first day of your quarter.
▪We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Debit Cards (there is a processing fee for this service.)
▪Notice is required to discontinue service. Otherwise, you will remain on the route and continue to be billed.
▪Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.
▪A $30 Fee applies to all NSF and stop payments on checks.
▪We do not issue refunds.
▪Call ahead for special yard waste pickup.
▪We offer roll-off service at discounted rates for customers.
▪95 Gallon roll out carts remain the property of ADM Sanitation.
